Oil and gas corrosion coating services
Who can coat oil and gas equipment for corrosion? We can. We coat flange bolts, pumps, valves and structural steel that see H2S, sour service, CO2 and offshore salt air. Ship parts to our Elkton, Maryland shop, or we’ll coat installed equipment on site without pulling it. You’ll have a spec within a day and a quote within three.

Oil and gas problems we solve
| Problem | What we apply |
|---|---|
| H2S and sour service corrosion on bolting | Field applied fluoropolymer barrier on installed bolts and flanges, no disassembly for most service |
| Offshore and coastal salt air | Corrosion barrier tested to 4,000 hours ASTM B117, or the Hempel, Jotun, Carboline, PPG or Sherwin-Williams system you specify |
| Chemical attack in refinery service | Fluoropolymer barrier resistant to acids, caustics and chlorides |
| Sand and erosion wear | Tungsten carbide reinforced system or HVOF thermal spray |
| Equipment that can’t come out of service | On site prep and in place heat cure during your turnaround |
How it works
- Coating review. Send photos, the part, the service environment and your outage window, or your existing coating spec. Engineering specification within one business day.
- Quote within three business days.
- Coat it in our Elkton, MD shop or on site with mobile prep and cure rigs, scheduled to your maintenance window.
- Verify. Thickness, hardness and cure are measured and documented before parts ship or before we leave.
What we don’t do
We coat accessible surfaces. We don’t do confined space entry, tank or vessel linings, or heat exchanger internals.
Why people call us
We’re an applicator, not a paint company. You pick the coating, or we help you pick one, and then we put it on. We’re certified to apply Cerakote, Whitford Xylan®, Belzona, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Hempel, Jotun and Carboline liquid systems, in our shop in Elkton, Maryland or out at your site.
We’ve been ISO 9001 certified for over three years, we were recertified in 2026, and we’re working on AS9100 now. Our corrosion barrier has been tested to 4,000 hours of ASTM B117 salt spray. And we move fast. You’ll have a spec from an engineer within one business day and a quote within three.
