Fertilizer plant corrosion coating services

Who can coat fertilizer plant equipment? We can. Ammonia, nitrates, urea and chlorides eat through bolting, pumps, conveyors and structural steel fast. We coat that equipment in our Elkton, Maryland shop or right at your plant. Send us a few photos and you’ll have a spec within a day and a quote within three.

Send us the equipment Talk to an engineer

Already have a spec? We’ll apply it. Most people who call us already know what coating they want. Their engineer picked it, or the OEM did. We’re certified to apply Cerakote, Whitford Xylan®, Belzona, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Hempel, Jotun and Carboline liquid systems, and we follow the manufacturer’s process for prep, film build and cure. No spec yet? We’ll help you pick one.

How it works

  1. Coating review. Send photos, the part, the service environment and your outage window, or your existing coating spec. Engineering specification within one business day.
  2. Quote within three business days.
  3. Coat it in our Elkton, MD shop or on site with mobile prep and cure rigs, scheduled to your maintenance window.
  4. Verify. Thickness, hardness and cure are measured and documented before parts ship or before we leave.

What we don’t do

We coat accessible surfaces. We don’t do confined space entry, tank or vessel linings, or heat exchanger internals.

Why people call us

We’re an applicator, not a paint company. You pick the coating, or we help you pick one, and then we put it on. We’re certified to apply Cerakote, Whitford Xylan®, Belzona, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Hempel, Jotun and Carboline liquid systems, in our shop in Elkton, Maryland or out at your site.

We’ve been ISO 9001 certified for over three years, we were recertified in 2026, and we’re working on AS9100 now. Our corrosion barrier has been tested to 4,000 hours of ASTM B117 salt spray. And we move fast. You’ll have a spec from an engineer within one business day and a quote within three.
