Shipyard and Navy corrosion coating services
Looking for a coating contractor for shipyard or Navy work? We can help. We apply corrosion and wear coatings for shipbuilding, ship repair and the suppliers who build parts for them. We do it in our Elkton, Maryland shop or out at the yard, including big parts that won’t fit in an oven. You’ll have a spec within a day and a quote within three.

Marine problems we solve

| Seized and corroded bolting | Field applied barrier on installed bolts and flanges, no disassembly for most service |
| Pumps losing metal to seawater | Corrosion barrier, or tungsten carbide reinforced system where there is also erosion |
| Parts too large to ship or bake | Mobile prep and in place heat cure at the yard |
| Wear plus corrosion on moving parts | Tungsten carbide reinforced fluoropolymer or HVOF thermal spray |

How it works
- Coating review. Send photos, the part, the service environment and your outage window, or your existing coating spec. Engineering specification within one business day.
- Quote within three business days.
- Coat it in our Elkton, MD shop or on site with mobile prep and cure rigs, scheduled to your maintenance window.
- Verify. Thickness, hardness and cure are measured and documented before parts ship or before we leave.
What we don’t do
We coat accessible surfaces. We don’t do confined space entry, tank or vessel linings, or heat exchanger internals.
Why people call us
We’re an applicator, not a paint company. You pick the coating, or we help you pick one, and then we put it on. We’re certified to apply Cerakote, Whitford Xylan®, Belzona, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Hempel, Jotun and Carboline liquid systems, in our shop in Elkton, Maryland or out at your site.
We’ve been ISO 9001 certified for over three years, we were recertified in 2026, and we’re working on AS9100 now. Our corrosion barrier has been tested to 4,000 hours of ASTM B117 salt spray. And we move fast. You’ll have a spec from an engineer within one business day and a quote within three.
